Yes it will work for anyone at any stage of business. You can use this to find and set up a business and test your marketing messages to see what lands with your audience and will produce clients. I have helped people who have never run a business start a business and those who are professional speakers upgrade their speaking skills and marketing message so they stand out more.

During the program you can find what you know and turn that into talks that share your unique perspective so you can help many people start to see the subject in the way you do. Most people seek training when they are in a pivotal moment, when they know they need to upgrade their skills, and also when they feel a bit lost or confused and want clarity.

There is clarity training in this program which helps you find your talents and know how to position this to educate and create clients, referrals and connections. In fact most of my clients are usually in a stage where they want to up level what they are doing and they have an idea for a new business, a new service or a new product and we can find out how to position it and sell it. Many people have talent hidden in plain sight and this is usually from past education, experiences, inborn skills and we can explore what they are in the program and in the community.

For example, I have been on stage since I was 3 years old - in plays. my LAMDA qualifications, singing and dancing for 10 years. When I was a student, I did a lot of promotion work, and sold out whatever I was promoting. I then had a career in sales and marketing. Speaking and persuading is something I have done for decades so it comes naturally to me, but I assumed everyone knew how to do that and was comfortable on stage. That is why I have created this program because I know now how to help people with stage presence, self belief, their ability to articulate their value and worth and their ability to persuade and sell

Yes, as a business coach and marketing communication expert I certainly can especially if you are a expert who wants to help others. There aren't specific video trainings on starting and growing your business (yet) but this is a program I am working on. If you wanted to get this type of advice all you need to do is join the bundle and ask questions in the community. I can then give you some feedback to your ideas and you will also be surrounded by other people doing the same, which is key to success - immersing yourself around people who are on the same path. I certainly can show you how to find your 'idea worth spreading' that is relevant to a TED platform, help you navigate the rules and find the best events to pitch your idea to (and which ones to avoid).

I have a range of hacks to speed up discerning quality events and creating unique pitch ideas. I would discourage a 'spam' approach to applications and instead use these hacks to find events aligned to your ideas. I can guide you on how to create a compelling, unique and attractive pitch as a speaker. However, I cannot guarantee a talk because I don't influence who your competition is.

All the principles I teach can be applied to landing other prestigious platforms you wish to share your message on. Each platform has their nuances of what they seek in a speaker and if you find an opportunity I can show you what they would want and expect. Once you get the hang of it you can create a media plan and start landing opportunities with greater ease.

As a former TEDx curator I must be clear in saying I do not have special access to get other organisers to have you as a speaker, you will have to pitch yourself directly, but you don't need to worry about that as you can follow the training and do it yourself just like my other clients have done.

This is a course with community led questions and answers and there are no live coaching calls. When you first join we ask you what your goals are and show you the best place to start in the program.

You follow along with the training at your own pace, do the actions and post your work in the group for feedback, if you want. You also ask questions in the group and my team and I answer your questions in the group. This enables everyone to learn from each other and your answers are in a specific place.

It all depends on how much time you have available and what you want to achieve. I have made the training videos as short and bite-sized as possible, from around 5 minutes to around 30 or 60 minutes maximum. You can watch a training and do the action steps in between your busy life. I would dedicate a couple of hours a week to get work done, but if you want to warp speed your results then little and often works well 30-60 every evening will give you the momentum to get the work done. If you aim to focus, be accountable and post questions in the group you should be able to get each course done in 30 days. However, like anything, you will become a master at this and that happens when you learn, develop and revisit the materials and use them for your next pitch, talk, and presentation.
